前三天洗臉勿用熱水洗臉，當天洗臉會有輕微刺刺的感覺，洗臉應輕柔，以潑水方式，勿搓揉，兩週內勿使用刺激性(含酸類)洗面乳、保養品或用去角質霜類。
治療後約三天，皮膚摸起來會有些粗糙的感覺([ucl=from:lslskin.com]雷射[/ucl]治療處微結痂)，並會有輕微脫皮現象，也會感覺緊繃，皆是術後正常反應，請加強保溼，耐心等待痂皮脫落
術後應使用高保濕類保養品，如:[ucl=from:www.sysmed.com.tw/hy]玻尿酸[/ucl]、[ucl=from:www.healsy.com.tw/collagen]膠原蛋白[/ucl]、EGF類無刺激性保養品，以免皮膚過於乾燥、緊繃。
術後三天即可敷面膜，一週後建議做保濕導入療程，以加強保濕。
任何光療術後皆必須注重保濕與防曬，外出時盡量不要讓臉部曬到太陽，可以撐陽傘或戴寬邊帽子，或高防曬係數之防曬品。
